For Men · Private · Appointment-Only

A glow that reads
as your skin.

A subtler bronze, calibrated for body hair, training, and the days you live in motion. We work around your gym, not the other way around.

Why The Protocol Adapts

A different canvas. A different plan.

Three things shift the formula off the standard line — your hair, your sweat, and the depth you actually want. We tune for each.

i.

Your hair is a veil

Body hair sits on top of the layer where the bronze develops. We angle the application around the density across chest, arms, and legs so the finish reads even from any direction.

ii.

Your sweat is the variable

Heavy training during the first day lifts a bronze faster than almost anything else. We choose the timing so your development finishes before your next session, not during it.

iii.

Your finish is subtle

The masculine bronze sits a half-shade behind the bridal one. The goal is "back from somewhere warm," never "spray-tanned." Rapid Development, dialed back, is what most men book.

The 7-Day Schedule

From last shave to first gym day.

Timing is everything for a masculine bronze. Print this. We'll train around it together.

7 Days Out

Last full-body groom

Whatever grooming you do — trim, shave, manscape — do it now. Your skin asks for seventy-two hours to settle before color goes on. Razor burn under bronze just isn't kind to anyone.

3 Days Out

Press pause on actives

Skip retinoids, glycolic toners, salicylic washes, benzoyl peroxide, and any "resurfacing" or "renewing" treatment until after the appointment. Your moisturizer and SPF are fine to continue.

24 Hours Out

Your final shave

Face, neck, anywhere bare. Fresh razor, never the third-pass one. An alcohol-free aftershave, no fragrance, no menthol — your local apothecary or pharmacy carries a few good options.

12 Hours Out

Exfoliate, head to toe

A warm shower with a pH-neutral, oil-free scrub. Pay attention to elbows, knees, ankles, knuckles, the heel. Rinse fully, then moisturize the dry zones only.

The Morning

Arrive clean

No deodorant — aluminum reacts with DHA. No cologne, no lotion, no hair product below the jaw. Loose dark clothing, slip-on shoes, no socks.

2–5 Hours Post

The rinse

Rapid Development rinses lukewarm at the four-hour mark. Water only — no soap, no washcloth. Pat dry with a dark towel. Your color is still developing for another forty-eight hours.

+24 Hours

Back to the gym

Not before. Cardio is fine after the first rinse. Heavy lifting that drenches your shirt — give it the full day. Loose dark fabric, lukewarm rinse straight after.

Day 7

The maintenance window

Your color is richest days three through seven. Daily moisturizer from day two. Around day eight, we'll talk about the next session — a full one, or a lighter top-up.

The Men's Standard Formula

Rapid Development

The most-booked formula for nearly every man on our calendar. Quick to develop, light to live with, reads like you came back from somewhere warm.

  • Two-to-five-hour rinse — fits between your training sessions
  • Calibrated softer than the bridal version for a masculine finish
  • Reads warm-neutral on camera and under office light
  • Holds through cardio at day two, lifting at day three

Day-Of Aftercare

Through the first week.

Short, declarative, written for the calendar app reminder.

✓ Through The Week
  • Lukewarm rinses — never hot, never long
  • Sulfate-free, oil-free body wash — skip bar soap
  • Pat dry with a dark towel after every shower
  • Moisturize twice daily — morning and night
  • Mineral SPF on your face and the back of your neck
  • Loose, dark fabric to bed for the first two nights
✗ Save For Later
  • Aluminum-based deodorants — a mineral one is friendlier
  • Hot tubs, steam rooms, saunas (this week)
  • Long cardio in a sealed gym shirt — rinse straight after
  • Chlorinated pools — the single fastest accelerator of fade
  • Loofahs, exfoliating gloves, body scrubs
  • Cologne sprayed straight on bare skin (alcohol lifts color)

I expected a service. I left with a protocol. She asked about my training split, my work travel, and the fabric of my dress shirts. I've had this color twice now and not a single coworker has guessed.

A Discreet Session

Quietly booked, your way.

Most men book before 11am or after 5pm — a quiet hour, in and out. Tell us when you'd like to look your best and we'll work the days backward from there.
